Culinary Academy offers a two -year training program in Culinary Arts , developed by educational experts and professionals in the restaurant business . The training is conducted entirely in English of different nationality chief instructors with extensive professional and teaching experience in an international environment.Our teaching base offers excellent conditions : a modern equipped training kitchens, a fine restaurant cuisine " a la carte " demonstration theater school cellar .
During his training at the Culinary Academy, students have the opportunity to combine the experience in Bulgaria , Western Europe , Middle East and USA ! Paid internships in global industry are held in some of the finest hotels and restaurants, to prepare our students for the real international career of Chef .

Training in Culinary Academy is recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Culinary Federation as meeting international standards of a 2-year culinary education .

Our Scholarship Program provides scholarships for up to 1,000 Euro per year depending on the academic success of students .
